“Great service, although need to double check items on the form being sent out Twice i've had the wrong e tips refils sent out to me when ive asked for high menthol, ive been sent high tobacco tips refils Apart from that happy with the service”

“So far they have helped with my giving up rolling cigs. the one problem is some tips don't work, Have anyone had this happen to them?? There is no way to get in touch with this firm and I will now take them back to ASDA as they must know their phone or address and as they sell them its in their court to sort this out.”

“I have been purchasing e-cigs from this company for just over 2 years, the delivery has always been next day or within two days, which is excellent. I was smoking about 20 cigs a day, after trying one of their rechargeable cigs from Asda , I have not smoked a proper cig since. I order them direct because its convenient, and you get offers by buying in bulk. satisfied customer”

“I have been using ok for 2.5 yrs now .The only negative is the battery life which for me only lasts a couple of hours. As the battery ages this reduces to just a few minutes. Simple and easy to use quality product. Online ordering is simple and quick.”

“The monthly refill (4 packs of refills) offers a free battery, but if I order 10 or 12 packs of refills I don't get any free batteries, why not ? Regular discounts on the Extra High Nicotine refills are welcome, but is this a ploy to keep us using the e cig ? I would still use ecigs but would prefer the discount on the High Nicotine refills. Yes loyalty points are earned to get discounts, but perhaps customers of say over a year are given refills at £4.50 with a free battery for every 4 packs purchased on same order. On the whole a good product, could be cheaper for loyal customers, with so much competition out there maybe it would stop us looking at and even trying similar products.”

“Overall a fantastic product - I havent smoked a cigarette in over 2 years and I am a very loyal customer to the OK eCig brand. I have to admit that the extra high refill cartridges don't last as long as they used too. I hope that this is only a temporary quality control issue.”

“I agree with everyone else. One cartridge of high used to last 2 days and now only lasts half a day, seems there is less product been put in them as I am definitely not using it anymore than when I started.”
