“Very happy with service delivery and cartridges, but was disappointed when I purchased some on a deal, (15 packets) that they had expired in Dec 16, so was two months out of date. The only reason I never complained was because they was ok. but still, I should have been told before purchasing.”

Though we rarely have out of date items, we would never knowingly send them unless they were sold as such, so this must have been a mistake in our packing department and we are very sorry that you received them. “This product came really quick and was all correct although one of the refill had leaked in the box so did not last very long other that that I'm happy with my product”

“My 4 stars are for the product alone. But after ordering online my first delivery took well over a week to arrive in recently placed an order on Saturday to try a new product and just received an email saying my order is delayed yet again item not in stock could have sent the email yesterday maybe I just have bad luck so I'm not very pleased as that's not next day to me”

“These have a great taste better than my last suppliers, though these OK ecig possiby could do with a stronger battery as not much vapour comes out and quickly weakens but I think that the taste makes up for it to a certain amount, will be staying with OK ecigs as they are cheaper to buy and to get a free battery with multiple packs is a great idea. James”

“I have used these type of e-cigs for a few years now and have been satisfied with the product. I do feel however that the battery does not last as long as it used to. I have to charge it up more often and it seems to run out completely after a few short weeks when I have to discard it. I may try another type of product.”

“So far they have helped with my giving up rolling cigs. the one problem is some tips don't work, Have anyone had this happen to them?? There is no way to get in touch with this firm and I will now take them back to ASDA as they must know their phone or address and as they sell them its in their court to sort this out.”
