“Product is fine , but had to wait 2 weeks for delivery . Had to ring to see what happened , order sent out again and received it in 3 days !”

Hi Tina, We're so sorry that your order didn't initially turn up. It was dispatched so we think that it got lost in the post somewhere. We always use 1st Class postage options so should an order not have turned up after 3-4 working days then please do let us know right away so we can rectify the problem as soon as possible for you. “On line service is great as its free posting, and arrives quickly. As you can only get E-Cigs via Asda which often run out so that works very well and with an extra 10% discount when applicable. I do get 1 in say 15/20 that don't work for whatever reason. Not sure if this is usual, it would be hard to send in as a faulty one as you have already opened it. On the whole I do like these as they look like a cigarette and not a blow pipe. Regards Alan”

“I like the product very much apart from the poor battery life and on occasions when ordering on line I have found that the content inside has only (4) refills not (5) as normal. I have contacted OK E Cigs regarding the poor battery life but not regarding the missing refill because having got them on line I couldn't prove that one was missing.”
