“A good Brand, reasonably priced and great service. My only issue is the tobacco flavour refills do not taste very nice, a raw strong taste, needs improving to a more mellow flavour.”

“Thought the menthol tasted like plastic at first but not anymore. Just readjusting from another ecig to this was why the taste was different. Excellent price, cheaper batteries here than Asda. Refills same price. K2 battery is definitely better than k1. My friend has been off cigs and using these for 4 years and I moved to these a few days ago. Love them . Delivery is fantastic, and knowing you are running low, just order and they will be with you the next day. Saves going out to Asda!! Only down fall, would be that the refills don't seem to last very long. So be ready to go through a box quickly.”

“I have been smoking these since their introduction and have been happy with them, however the last few packs have only lasted 7-8 days. They used to last me 10-11 days,even when you cut them from 24 to 20 mg nicotine ,I am not the only one who has noticed this. In my last revue I gave you 5 stars, this time 4”

Please could I ask if you are using one of the new K2 batteries as the increased power does mean that you will tend to go through refills faster? “Disappointed that you have discontinued the High liquid refills without even an E-Mail! I have ordered them for years. How will I know if I like the American replacement? Worth sending me a sample to try as a loyal customer? Other than that happy with the speedy service. Thanks David”
