“Pleased with my order. No problems and arrived very quickly. But had contacted you just before I ordered to let you know that most packets of refills I buy have at least 1 empty refill in them and never got a response”

“So far, very pleased with the service and products from OK Vape. However, before the name-change, they did deliver 6 menthol refills instead of the tobacco-flavour I ordered for my cig-a-like, but on the whole I do like the product; it helps me relax!”

“One thing you are great at is delivery. Only one niggle is no way of knowing if tips are full when they arrive. Some seem to expire quickly. Have got me off real cigarettes after 50 years of smoking.”
