“I have been using ok for 2.5 yrs now .The only negative is the battery life which for me only lasts a couple of hours. As the battery ages this reduces to just a few minutes. Simple and easy to use quality product. Online ordering is simple and quick.”

“The monthly refill (4 packs of refills) offers a free battery, but if I order 10 or 12 packs of refills I don't get any free batteries, why not ? Regular discounts on the Extra High Nicotine refills are welcome, but is this a ploy to keep us using the e cig ? I would still use ecigs but would prefer the discount on the High Nicotine refills. Yes loyalty points are earned to get discounts, but perhaps customers of say over a year are given refills at £4.50 with a free battery for every 4 packs purchased on same order. On the whole a good product, could be cheaper for loyal customers, with so much competition out there maybe it would stop us looking at and even trying similar products.”

“Overall a fantastic product - I havent smoked a cigarette in over 2 years and I am a very loyal customer to the OK eCig brand. I have to admit that the extra high refill cartridges don't last as long as they used too. I hope that this is only a temporary quality control issue.”

“I agree with everyone else. One cartridge of high used to last 2 days and now only lasts half a day, seems there is less product been put in them as I am definitely not using it anymore than when I started.”

“On line service is great as its free posting, and arrives quickly. As you can only get E-Cigs via Asda which often run out so that works very well and with an extra 10% discount when applicable. I do get 1 in say 15/20 that don't work for whatever reason. Not sure if this is usual, it would be hard to send in as a faulty one as you have already opened it. On the whole I do like these as they look like a cigarette and not a blow pipe. Regards Alan”

“I like the product very much apart from the poor battery life and on occasions when ordering on line I have found that the content inside has only (4) refills not (5) as normal. I have contacted OK E Cigs regarding the poor battery life but not regarding the missing refill because having got them on line I couldn't prove that one was missing.”
