“Have been a customer for over 10 years and for the first time let down by delivery service! Did not discover that parcel has been confiscated by post office as looking “dodgy” until 5 days after order and by then was weekend and could not contact seller. Assured on the Monday it was being sent express delivery but that failed too - finally got my order 10 days after ordering. Meantime had to buy refills at full price from a store. Hopefully just a one off!”

“I buy my wife the low(6mg) cartridges. Every now and then she complains that they leak and burn her lips. I buy her some more from a different store and she gets the same problem. When I check the batch numbers of the different stores, they all match”

“I don't like the fact they went from 3 pods in a pack to 2. I am not a fan of the new cartridge's they don't seem to last long and also the new batteries don't last long either. But unfortunately until I give up the vape they are the only ones that don't give me a sore throat.”
