“What can I say, the perfect substitute for a real cigarette. As for the service, depending on what time I order mine, they take no longer than 48 hours to arrive. Highly recommend them”

“Always good service but on two occasions I had multi packs 15 and was supposed to receive a free battery or cig refill pack and never received either on both orders”

“As a previous 10 Motives Customer, I was looking for a replacement brand after 10 Motives stopped manufacturing the range I used. I was contacted by Sara to ask if i would like to try the OkVapes 10 Motives equivalent range and I must say am very impressed. I was sent the 11mg and 16mg to try and honestly the taste is better, I've also reduced my nicotine from 16mg to 11mg which can only be a good thing. Another massive plus is that the Ok Vape 10 Motives equivalent range is also cheaper. I would highly recommend as the customer service is excellent and delivery is very quick.”

“Placed my order for refills to my ok vape which I brought from ok vape on a previous visit. I find their website easy to navigate, refills are priced well and delivery is super fast. I’ve tried other vape pods but find them too aggressive with flow of vapour. Ok vape is more similar to a cigarette in size, shape , taste and feel. I would definitely suggest giving them a try.”

“Delivery service was quick but the free pack of tips were not delivered. When I raised this with your customer service dept at 14.44 hours on 22/4/26, the man insisted that the free tips were not selected on the order. This despite the basket icon having indicated that there were 17 items in the basket - the 15 multibuy tips, the K2 battery and what I took to be the free pack. Additionally the pick receipt also detailed three items, which the assistant disputed, saying the item which looked to be the free pack was merely an instruction to the picker that the order was a multibuy. Not happy but lesson learned.”
