“Ordering and delivery first class. I did think I’ve had a couple of menthol cartridges were very weak. Very hard to purchase in the shops that stock them never sell the spare batteries or know where they are on the tobacco counter where they are situated.”

“When this company started , you could buy these in most shops , now my local shop runs out often, and unfortunately I have to buy online 😕, I say unfortunately because cheaper in my local shop You would think it be cheaper,,but nope 🙅‍♀️,,only way to save is buy massive bulk buys 😀, not a great company, in process of changing to other brands , due to the experience of the online shop , you would think buying direct you could get a discount, BUT NOPE 🙅‍♂️”

“My electric refill has been charged but not working properly, it only lasts 5/10 mins then starts flashing as if needs to be charged again, rest of order is fine.”
