“Very quick delivery. Unfortunately the Menthol Cartridges seriously lack flavour from when I first started to use them, this is regardless wherever they're purchased from, whether it be online or from the Supermarket. The batteries however are much better than the other company who sells them.”

“Terrable! Is the only word to descibe, delivery states 3-5 days tops, i was waiting 2 weeks and then ended up requesting a refund, witch i still have not got yet!”

Hey there, I'm really sorry that your order didn't arrive as quickly as expected. I'm afraid we are reliant on external postal services to get our customer's orders to them quickly & efficiently but unfortunately on some rare occasions, they do let us down and we apologize again that you didn't receive your order. Your refund was processed yesterday as promised, but please note that it takes 3-5 working days for the banks to process refunds, so this should be back in your account within the next few days. Hello Dorothy, Thank you for your review, we are glad to read you are happy with your new kit :) Sorry to hear you had difficulty installing the coil. The Aspire Onixx kits do not come with the coils pre-installed because the kit includes two different coil types, 1 ohm and 0.6 ohm, which is down to user preference. This kit features a press-fit coil, so to change the coils, you simply pull the coil out and insert a new one. Detailed instructions will be in the User Manual that came with the kit :) We hope this helps and that you continue to love your kit. However, please get in touch if we can be of any assistance.
