No problems with ok vape....spot on. Royal Mail failed to deliver first attempt left a note even though they posted them through my letterbox the day after...Will order off ok vape again

Service normally very good but disappointed with the recent problem with the tobacco pods being out of stock. And with a delivery expected 4-5 weeks. Have had to temporarily change to another supplier. If the problem occurs again I will make this a permanent change. If they are so popular why not order more stock to allow for this?

I do like my menthol cig like vapes and have been using for awhile. Quick shipment from the company. My only criticism is the Web site..if you want to order a different strengths,you have to keep going back to the start. You should have a continue shopping once you have placed items in your basket!! Otherwise I'm very happy with service and the product!

Online service is easy to use and delivery is extremely quick and reliable. However, the reason I have used the online service is the past is because the refills were quite a lot cheaper than in store. This is not the case anymore. The online refills are creeping up to the price of the store refills, and I have noticed that they aren't lasting as long. Please keep it cheaper online and make them last like they used to. That's my only complaint. Thank you.

Very good delivery service. Recently, cartridges don’t seem to last as long (could a new battery be required?) Disappointed one cartridge unable to use. (Photo’s attached)

The only thing that let you down is royal mail, 3 days to deliver a next day package. The service from OK is exemplary

Great service , but rubbish delivery. Thank you post office. 48 hour delivery, turned out to be, pick up wednesday ....delivery ou tuesday. Please go back to as it was.

We are reliant on external postal services to get our customers orders to them quickly and efficiently, but unfortunately they do sometimes let us down, so we can only apologise that your delivery is took longer than usual. Our free delivery service was changed a while ago to the Tracked 48 service, which is fully trackable and is prioritised over non tracked services. Having used these products for a year now, I'm a total fan. Have cut down my need for nicotine significantly and am moving down to lower nicotine tips soon. Occasional tips that don't work are an annoyance, but not as bad as batteries that don't work (had two of them now out of six). Not happy about the change to the "points" system: I lost over six months of credit when they changed, and note that free post is now 48 hour: was 24 a year ago. However as an official non-smoker now I'm a happy vaper with no wish to go back to ciggies.

Great service & delivery. I would prefer the battery tip to light up blue, not orange (I don't want the longer batteries). The tobacco flavour isn't great but passable. I prefer the USA tobacco flavour but it isn't offered by this company.
