“I’ve been a customer of OK Vape for about 10 years, and they have consistently proven to be a professional company that cares about their customers. Last summer, I accidentally received the wrong pod refills and (rather unfairly) left a medium review. To their credit, OK Vape immediately reached out to me, offered to replace any incorrect refills I still had, and even provided a prepaid envelope for the return. The issue was resolved quickly and with professionalism. Unlike many other companies, OK Vape has remained reliable and serious over the years. Their customer service is proactive, fair, and puts the customer first.”

“Bought a few times now instead of motive 10. Taste taking a bit of getting used to as different from motive 10. Last few pack I thought had been sent wrong ones but it was the paper round the tips were all covering the part that connects to battery so ok. Prices all great. A couple of my batteries didn't last long. But can't complain. I find great alternative to stopping smoking 👍👍”

“I have just recently discoverd OK Vape as I have had to find an alternative to 10 Motives for a host of bad experiences. I ordered my OK Vape refills online without issue, it was fast and efficient. I recieved my product in the post 2 days later and was delighted to find that the taste was even better that 10 Motives. So far so good and am delighted with the product. Thank you OK Vape.”
