I still did not receive my order having placed it 3 weeks ago, considering this is a card shipment from UK to France.. I don't find this acceptable!

Hello, Thank you for your review. We're sorry to hear that your order has still not arrived. As our customer service team member advised over email, deliveries on a standard international delivery service can, on rare occasions, take up to 30 working days to arrive. Though we are extremely sorry when this occurs, this is something that is unfortunately completely out of our control. If the order still has not arrived after 30 working days, we are then able to raise an investigation with the courier and resolve the issue with either a replacement or a refund. It took 4 days for the birthday card to arrive! It arrived 3 hours before I needed to give it to the recipient. Poor.

My watercolour upgrade box was not £20 like it said in the mag. It's difficult for people with brain injuries when you give the wrong info

Our Watercolour edition was an old release from 2021 and contains older advertisements and promotions, some of which will now be expired. Ohh Deer. I washed these socks for the first time and they are wrecked. Already threadbare at the seams - you can see my toes. I have no idea how a pair of socks can be this poor quality :(. I dare wash the others. Money back please!!

My mothers day card didnt arrive until Monday, so I had to buy another one. I bought it on Tuesday 22nd and paid 85p shipping which is the cost of 1st class postage. According to emails the order was processed and shipped Wednesday so should have arrived Thursday or Friday at the latest.

It's not the chocolate bar in the picture. Yes, you have titled the product "love you more than choccy chocolate bar" but i bought "love you more than chocolate" I hate, hate, hate the word choccy! I would never have bought it. Also the picture shows white and pink sprinkles. It looks completely different in real life.

After checking with our warehouse team it appears that sadly there has been an error with the image on our website as it should have shown the chocolate bar as blue with the wording from the bar you have received. As opposed to pink with different wording. Our web team are working on getting this information updated asap.
