I absolutely love this review book. So much so I decided to order a second of the boxes, and 2 extra review books. The books are the perfect size and laid out really well. The fact that they can be used to review more than just books or films is perfect for anything - wine taster? Great. Food reviews? Perfect. Personally, I'm using one to write my 5 star reviews of books in. I read too many in a year to review every single book with more than the star rating but the 5 star one's, I wanted to keep track of. Each double sided page is for 1 review. The first side is split into different sections including space for what is being reviewed, the date, the location - which I decided to use as book type. Once you get into the main part, there is space for initial thoughts, 5 stars to colour for your rating with space for why you give that rating, if you'd recommend the item you're reviewing, and who too then a section on final thoughts. Once you turn the page, it's lined for notes, which is perfectly sized for finishing up my review. The design of the cover is really nice in a pallette of pinks and blues with foiled text and images of people reading and subtle hints of stories/books such as Jack and the Beanstalk, Beauty and the Beast, Cinderella, The Gingerbread Man, The Owl and the Pussycat, Hamlet, The Raven, Macbeth and a few others. The paper isn't thick, but I can't see much ghosting and there is no bleed through even with an ink pen and a gold felt pen. Due to that, you can fit a lot of reviews in each book. It's why I've ordered extra books to stock up on.
