We’re a greetings card, stationery and gift company operating from our HQ in Loughborough. Founded in 2011, we’re proud to say that Ohh Deer has quickly become the established place to go to find quirky, artistic and fun illustrated products.

What makes us unique is our incredible roster of over 100 talented creatives based around the world who we work with to bring you all these amazing products! We support every artist we work with, with a share of the revenue going directly to them.

The quality of products are amazing. But the delivery and customer service is bad. A week just for your order to get dispatched and late delivery even if you choose next day delivery. When you email customer service they will write to you like its your fault you order.

Hi Merlinda, Thank you for taking the time to leave your review. We are however very sorry for any disappointment caused by this order. We can see you purchased on March 28th at 10am and your order was dispatched the same day on March 28th at 2pm via the next day service selected. The tracking indicates this arrived with you on the next working day after the bank holiday, however if this is incorrect please let us know and we'd be more than happy to get is sorted for you asap. I never received my order. Placed my order 13 days ago and item was dispatched 9 days ago and have never received the item. I sent an email of complaint and heard nothing back.

Twelves business days after I placed an order and ten business days after it’s been processed, I still have not received it. To make things worse, the tracking code they have provided me is not recognised by the courrier service, hence I have no clue where the order is. Nobody has answered my emails from OHH. Very disappointing experience.

I ordered over 14 days ago on the basis of 2-4 day “standard” delivery. I raised the issue with customer services only to be told it’s actually a 1-5 day dispatch and then a 2-4 day delivery and they were on time… Order still isn’t here. Avoid at all costs if you need a card sooner than a months time.

Having ordered 3 books and a box of pencils on 48 hr turnaround, and having ordered from OhDeer/Artful before, I was surprised when my order hadn't arrived 5 days later. Cue enquiry email and reply later, I was informed they were busy, being the sale'n'all, and that I"d get them...eventually. Which was true-twelve days after I was supposed to. The disappointing thing is this -this was utterly avoidable. I knew their sale was coming. God knows, we all get enough emails from On Deer. Then there was the countdown. Then the reminders. So why didn't they? Was this their first sale ever. No. So why would a business that relies so much on reputation, referral and subscription find this performance acceptable? I'm sure there's a carefully crafted response to this issue but for me the damage is done. Subscription being cancelled, and a totally avoidable bitter taste in my mouth to boot.

It took over a week to have a card delivered. So missed the event and never got to give the fathers day card to my husband. Won't be using again. Much quicker service with other online card shops.

On this occasion we can see you've selected RM 2nd class untracked which is the slowest delivery service we offer at the moment and usually takes 3-5 business days for delivery, as advertised. With your order being placed 3 days before the occasion we would have recommend to choose one of our other service options like RM 1st class or FedEx next day for quicker delivery. This was my first time ordering from Ohh Dear. I ordered 5 cards (3 personalised) so apparently they had to send them separately and charged extra for delivery which wasn’t stated on the delivery info page. Only when I questioned them did they explained and refund. The 3 customised cards were for Father’s Day, I received emailed saying they were posted 9th June and as of today, 17 June (the day before Father’s Day) I still have not received the cards. I’ve emailed them but still haven’t heard back. Very annoyed and disappointed!

We can confirm that personalised cards are made to order and as such will be made and shipped directly from the manufacturer and not from our warehouse.
