Hi Dan, We are sorry for any confusion caused by our delivery time frames. Your order was shipped out on Wednesday March 15th with the Royal Mail second class untracked service you selected at checkout. This service type estimates 3-5 working days for delivery from dispatch, however we do offer 1st class or next day delivery for any customers looking for a faster service. Package came damaged I was told I would get a refund if I returned it but no shipping label was provided. Also I found the email to be quite rude suggesting it was slight damage, it was for a gift, I’m not going to give someone a damaged gift and if it had been packaged properly there wouldn’t have been damage

Why would you stick a postal label on a beautiful presentable box?. I was unable to give this as a gift due to the postal label stuck at the back of the actual presentation box the stationary comes in. You could have at least put it in a postal bag!!! 1st and last time I will be purchasing.

Hello Razya, We are very sorry to hear of the disappointment caused by this delivery. Our Papergang boxes come with their own outer delivery box designed to protect your content during travel. We're conscious of reducing our packaging wastage as a company so don't add extra packaging on top of the outer delivery box for this reason. When I received my card it was too crumpled to send to anyone. Very poor packaging, just a small sticker on a normal non strengthened envelope saying ‘do not bend’. Overly optimistic to imagine anyone would pay attention to that. Fail.

I was told that my order was shipped weeks ago, but I haven't received it--nor did I receive a tracking number, update, or check-in. So Ohhh Deer is super interested in getting reviews but not interested in whether I got my order. Very classy.

The estimated transit time for delivery of international goods to this destination using standard service it 8 working days, with today being day 7 of transit, therefore we kindly as you allow full transit time for delivery to occur. I was sent a load of cards I didn’t order and none of the ones I did , the wrapping paper was also wrong and two items were missing. I did mail the help address and got one reply asking for photos of the cards I’d been sent. I duly took photos and haven’t heard a word since. The service is horrendous on all counts. Never again.

Very disappointing - my parcel was barely sealed and completely inadequate for the contents. The dinosaur bauble was therefore completely shattered when I opened the cardboard envelope.

My cards never arrived. I've ordered from them before and the products are great but this is the second time my order didn't come. Customer service is responsive and easy to deal with and I was refunded promptly. I'd like to purchase from them again but I've been let down more than once so I'd be hesitant enough.

I haven't yet received my package, and FedEx still list the product as not having shipped or been provided to them for shipping.

Extremely weak performance first and last time I buy something on that site. Nobody expects to wait 16 days for a t-shirt especially if it was meant to be a Christmas gift. I ordered on 12th december and today is the 28th december and it hasn't even left the country. I will not recommend your shop. Greets Rafael Höfler

Never arrived - you didn’t even say you had attempted to ship it until 2 weeks after ordering and paying for postage, so you can’t even blame the postage strikes as you didn’t send it

Really slow service. My order wasn't dispatched until 13 days after it was placed, and is yet to be delivered. I appreciate the delays regarding Royal Mail strikes so the delivery was out of your control but I'm really unhappy with dispatch taking 2 weeks.
