“Overall really good, but packaging was slightly ripped and the notebooks were bent at the corners. I’m not too worried as they are for me. But I think sturdier packaging is needed”

“Delivery went relatively smoothly. Diary was slightly bent in one corner despite being in a reinforced envelope. It is OK for me to use but would have been unhappy if I was gifting it.”

“Very nice product. It would be better if the planner had been put in some kind of protective wrapping rather than straight into the delivery envelope as there were scuff marks on the back.”

“The actual notebook is sooooo beautiful, I love it. Would've been five stars but I think the envelope it came in wasn't best for the product, had ended up ripping before it got to me. The journal was exposed and could've been damaged but luckily wasn't.”

“Love the notebooks- and my daughter will love them too (she uses them at work) Postman slightly squished one of the corners putting it thru the letterbox - but that’s not your fault and they’re still absolutely usable. But maybe better to put ‘handle with care’ or use a more sturdy envelope?”
