“The calendar/diary is excellent. Exactly what I was looking for. Great sections and lovely design. However a bit disappointed in the notepads. They are a lot smaller and thinner than I thought they would be. Even though I got them on sale I don't think they are good value for money.”

“Dispatched quickly, kept updated on the order and arrived in good time. My only feedback is with this wet weather, sending cards in a paper envelope meant some of the items were wet and watermarked upon receipt- which is disappointing. I understand the need for sustainability, but please use more protective postage materials, as this has concerned me about whether I would reorder again.”

“The packaging was paper based-envelope, so it easy to teared up. Was surprised to see that the book itself was not wraped with plastic to prevent it from being damaged by water. Thankfully mine was not damaged but imagine if it was delivered on a rainy day.”

“Overall really good, but packaging was slightly ripped and the notebooks were bent at the corners. I’m not too worried as they are for me. But I think sturdier packaging is needed”

“Delivery went relatively smoothly. Diary was slightly bent in one corner despite being in a reinforced envelope. It is OK for me to use but would have been unhappy if I was gifting it.”
