Unfortunately I'm still waiting for my order which was placed 17 June. After emailing cust services twice, I've still not heard anything.... Would've been nice to at least of received some sort of communication with an update on order progress. My first experience with you and it's not been a good one :(

Hello, Thank you for your review. We are very sorry to hear that you had a bad experience ordering with us. Unfortunately, as we advised via email correspondence with you at the time, there is currently an embargo in place that is preventing deliveries to Mexico, which is why it was not possible for your order to arrive with you. Duplicate cards. Too many old ages. Not many basic birthday cards. Many father day cards, father deceased. Not one wedding anniversary card.

The main part of my parcel didn’t arrive. Only when I chased it was it acknowledged. Took my money and then said the ‘warehouse stock levels were incorrect’. Surely they would have known this before dispatch. Won’t be using again!

Hello Toni, Thank you for your review. We are very sorry that part of your order was affected by a stock error. As explained by a member of our team at the time, we were not aware of the stock error until we received your email letting us know that the item was missing, at which point we investigated the issue and offered you a full refund for the missing item, which you accepted. We can assure you that, had we been aware of the issue before dispatch, we would have let you know immediately and issued the refund at this stage. Very underwhelmed with my mystery pack, I get they are random but only 22 cards suitable for different occasions, the rest have gone in recycle ☹️

Very disappointing, cards were absolutely useless, would not feel comfortable sending them to friends and family, extremely disappointing. They have no use. Waste of money.

Unfortunately I was not happy with the cards, the quality is not good, I will probably be able to use 10% of them the rest are a total waste, sorry for the negatively. Thank you for your reply to my review sent to you earlier, unfortunately I’m unable to go to the post office to return the cards as I am a disabled person and it would be to difficult to make the journey.

Really disappointed that you chose to use DPD as your courier, this was not disclosed before purchasing. They did not turn up when they said, despite me waiting in. They did not leave with a neighbour either, just said it would be redelivered the next day at a much less convenient time. The next day I received a message saying there was a problem and it had been returned to the depot. When it finally arrived, the box was badly damaged. Luckily the items inside were not. The stationery is nice but not worth the hassle of the delivery, you are responsible for the contractors you choose to work with.

We would always encourage customers to get in touch with us directly if they have any issues with delivery, especially in cases where it doesn't arrive or is damaged in any way, as we will be able to raise an investigation with DPD. Our customer service team are always happy to help at help@ohhdeer.com. We use a number of different couriers, and the option used for each order will depend on the customer's selection and/or the size and weight of the order. Due to this, we aren't always able to advise in advance as to which courier will be used. As a brand it’s good quality and original but the mystery boxes are very disappointing and make you feel duped.

I can see you have emailed our team this afternoon and they are in the process of replying to your email. Delivery was attempted for the cards. However, Royal Mail wasn't able to deliver them as no one was home/available to accept the delivery. The order is now awaiting collection. Collection information can be found on your tracking link. Awful! The selection I was sent were unusable. Countless age based cards (70th & 80th's) and obscure relatives (Nephew). Crappy designs. I won't be sending any of them. Huge disappointment

I probably made a mistake buying the multipack. I would have only actually purchased two of the 50 cards sent. Lots of father/ mother cards (I don't have either), welcome to your new home, congratulations on your new job/ baby etc. Very few suitable birthday cards. Won't buy again

We did include a disclaimer with the card set that it will include occasion cards. However, I'm really sorry that the occasion cards that have arrived won't be cards you can use. I was very excited to try out the 5 mystery monthly boxes on special offer so went ahead a bought them. The delivery was prompt so no issues there. However, when I recieved my package with the five monthly boxes I was disappointed because all the boxes I recieved was from over one year ago, some boxes were 1. 5 years old. I understand this was a mystery dip however I bought the bundle as the photo description showed a selection of boxes from this year. My presumption was the lucky dip would contain boxes as shown the picture. This is very sneaky and misleading, as it should clearly been stated in the description the boxes are from over a year ago and not the newer boxes. In addition, the boxes I did recieve - three of them are for £7 on the website and unpopular boxes with not much in them eg the fishy box.in fact the fishy box was so light on content I would have been so angry if I had to pay full price. So out of the 5 boxes I recieved only two had good contents. Very misleading , as if I had the choice as a consumer I would spent more on the boxes I did like. Very disappointed as I am a stationary addict and was very excited to try the brand.

Hello, Thank you for taking the time to share your review with us. I can confirm that all of our newer Papergang boxes were included in the mystery box selection. Over 20 boxes could be chosen from and as it was completely random there would be occasions in which slightly older boxes made up the mystery selection over the newer boxes. However, I can confirm that all the boxes advertised were a part of the selection. We're very sorry to hear that you were disappointed with the selection you received.
