“Really disappointing. Purchased a sock bundle which was supposed to be worth £49.75 but received 5 pairs of basic socks - none of the lovely socks which appear on the website. They are definitely not worth £9.95 each. The same with the stationery bundle, didn't think it was even worth the £24.95 paid for it, let alone the £88.30 it was supposed to be worth. Yet again, it didn't include any of the lovely items that appear on the website. Such a shame as was going to give it as a Christmas gift. Was so excited when I received the parcel as wanted to order more. Complete waste of money.”

“lol, asked to write a review !!! after ten days still no item! Have placed a complaint with Paypal as ordered in good time for a birthday present on 5th November. Going away for a week now!!! No tracking info email updates as promised...Nothing Rubbish!!!”

“The item sent was not correct. Itcwas the planner not the 2023 diary. There was nothing in the parcel to confirm return details so I emailed to ask for help to return. I got no answer to my email. So now I have a planner that I won't use and still no diary.”

Hello Kirsten, We're very sorry for the delay with your order. I have checked the tracking today and can see that the order did arrive yesterday, after being dispatched on the 11th. “We were disappointed. What we received wasn’t great and has remained in the box. Glad we didn’t pay anymore! £20.00 rrp seems a lot for a little. weekly planner pad, 3 marker pens, pack of stickers and a mini calendar.”

At the time of purchase you had selected Standard service for your order delivery, this would be the Second class service rather than the alternative of Express 1st class or Next Day that we do offer. A Standard delivery service has an estimated delivery timeframe of 3-5 working days. As your order was delivered on September 7th, this was 5 working days from the date of dispatch.
