We’re a greetings card, stationery and gift company operating from our HQ in Loughborough. Founded in 2011, we’re proud to say that Ohh Deer has quickly become the established place to go to find quirky, artistic and fun illustrated products.

Underwhelmed by Notebook received. I can hardly see the printed pages inside it because they are so pale.

Very slow shipping, even when I selected express delivery and paid extra. Missed the birthday and had to buy a card from a supermarket. Cards themselves were good.

The delivery was quick, which I appreciate. Although, I didn't have any notification of the delivery day (and no notificaiton my parcel was delivered!). I was lucky that a neighbour received it on my behalf. Also, the parcel was almost open; I could see my diary without even opening the parcel. I'd appreciate it if you could improve delivery service.

Absolutely useless tracking information provided. I received my order more than a week ago, and the Royal Mail tracking still says that they will "update the page when they have attempted delivery"

Hi, We're really sorry to hear about the issues with the tracking information. We completely understand how frustrating that must be, especially when you’re trying to keep an eye on your delivery. Unfortunately, we rely on Royal Mail’s tracking system once an item has been dispatched, but we’ll definitely pass your feedback along to them. As you opted for 'Standard' delivery, the tracking will therefore only provide limited information and is not as accurate as a fully tracked service. I really like the item but there is a printing error and half way through September it jumps back to July and August then skips to November...

It had a label on the outside of the box Which means it cannot be used as a present. I was going to order more if they were ok but not if they are posted with the label on.

Bought as a present but Royal Mail sticker was stuck directly onto box so the outer box of the art material is damaged. Would have preferred if the art box had been wrapped and protected better

Everything arrived okay and the cards look exactly like they were supposed to design wise however some of the cards are very small which I was not expecting, I feel embarrassed to hand them out to be honest. Having said that the quality seems good.

Kit looks lovely in terms of size and contents, but the address label was stuck directly on it rendering it an unsuitable Christmas gift, which is a shame.
