We’re a greetings card, stationery and gift company operating from our HQ in Loughborough. Founded in 2011, we’re proud to say that Ohh Deer has quickly become the established place to go to find quirky, artistic and fun illustrated products.

“Sadly rather on the small side i felt. And the blend of colours between the font and the graphic design is not very distinctive. All in all not a very glamorous card to hand over I regret to say”

“I usually love these diaries but I was really disappointed by how faint the lines and words are in these editions; really quite hard to see and use. Wouldn't have bought them if I'd seen that in person.”

It does sound like you may have ordered past the cut off time for 'Standard Delivery' for guaranteed arrival by Valentines Day. “Slow delivery with poor tracking — never progressed from the not-informative 'Label attached' stage. The most disappointing aspect is the printing which is so feint the text is barely legible. The page design has clearly been shrunk down from A5 and so doesn't fit the page comfortably with tight margins that will get worn with use during the year and likely tear. The cover already curls upwards away from the body of the book, and needs more weight for it to lie flat and hold down the pages which are too tightly bound to be able to write towards the bound side of the page. Ohh deer, indeed.”

“Very slow shipping, even when I selected express delivery and paid extra. Missed the birthday and had to buy a card from a supermarket. Cards themselves were good.”

“The delivery was quick, which I appreciate. Although, I didn't have any notification of the delivery day (and no notificaiton my parcel was delivered!). I was lucky that a neighbour received it on my behalf. Also, the parcel was almost open; I could see my diary without even opening the parcel. I'd appreciate it if you could improve delivery service.”

“Absolutely useless tracking information provided. I received my order more than a week ago, and the Royal Mail tracking still says that they will "update the page when they have attempted delivery"”

Unfortunately, we rely on Royal Mail’s tracking system once an item has been dispatched, but we’ll definitely pass your feedback along to them. As you opted for 'Standard' delivery, the tracking will therefore only provide limited information and is not as accurate as a fully tracked service. “I really like the item but there is a printing error and half way through September it jumps back to July and August then skips to November...”

“It had a label on the outside of the box Which means it cannot be used as a present. I was going to order more if they were ok but not if they are posted with the label on.”

The outer boxes for the Artful and Papergang boxes have been designed to protect the content only, therefore if these are ordered as a stand alone product they will be shipped as we did when ran as the subscription, which means no outer packaging is required. “Bought as a present but Royal Mail sticker was stuck directly onto box so the outer box of the art material is damaged. Would have preferred if the art box had been wrapped and protected better”
