Still have not received my order. 1 week on from the expected delivery date.
Contacted customer services and was told I just had to wait. The excuse was that there had been public holidays and postal strikes. The was 1 public holiday before my order was expected and 1 strike day after.
I have waited 14 days from date of order and there is no delivery no tracking and no useful information or help from customer services.
