“Loved my papergang box thank you. Unfortunately only two of the brushes arrived as they were loose in the box I don’t know if it was lost in transit or if it wasn’t added at packing. As the items were part of the weekly deals and were an absolute bargain I wouldn’t want to raise it as a concern.”

“This was the exact same bunch of cards I ordered half a year ago, even though there was a huge time gap between the orders and the promo was re-uploaded months after the previous one. Had someone stated that these would be the exact same cards that I got last time - I wouldn't have bothered.”

“Lovely cards however dispatch time was slow. Ordered Wednesday and weren't dispatched until the following Tuesday! Probably wouldn't buy from here again for this reason. But once dispatched delivery by Royal Mail was quick.”

“You need to make sure your website is up to date and you have checked the stock that you hold. The item I really wanted was out of stock after paying for it. I appreciate the update I received about this. I was disappointed because this was the main item I wanted.”

“Hello, delivery was not as quick as usual but when I contacted team you responded very quickly and was apologetic, stating it was due to the high volume of orders the offers had created. However 2 of my 30 mystery cards arrived with no envelopes, I didn’t want to raise a complaint so decided to leave it. Still overall I was satisfied”

We can advise your parcel was dispatched on Feb 6th and was delivered on Feb 7th, within the 1-3 working days advertised for express delivery, however we do also offer Fedex delivery service which does come tracked if needed. “Although I’m happy with the planner itself- just wager I wanted, and the card is lovely quality… my order took 10 working days to arrive- there was supposed to be a delay up to 7 working days- but went over. I had no order confirmation, apart from seeing the money come out of my account, and the tracking tracking didn’t work which was a bit annoying.”

“I understand the need to reduce packaging but if the stationery boxes are bought for gifts, having the postage labels directly on the boxes is a nightmare!!”

We're conscious of reducing our packaging wastage as a company so don't add extra packaging on top of the outer delivery box for this reason.
