“Very slow delivery compared with other card companies that I use. Cards were ok’ish and expensive for what they were. I won’t be ordering from here again.”

“Cards ok but as they are smaller than expected they are more like note cards than special occasion cards. Bought the same designs from Papier as I like E Frances artwork and their cards of the same design were cheaper and a third bigger.”

“I really love OHH DEAR and have ordered from them before. All the cards were beautifully designed and I was very happy with the quality. I have had to knock off a couple of stars because I paid for their express delivery option - but they took three working days to dispach the cards (so it took nearly six days from dispatch to delivery).”

“The delivery time was good, however one item was not included in the parcel. The card 'Lets get day drunk' was not included but as the cards were so cheap I'm not worried about it missing. Everything else as usual was excellent.”

“Good service, although Royal Mail postage does take a long time and quite often the hardback notebooks have scars/ indentation on them due to handling. I've also had ripped parcels from ohh deer before with items missing and an apology sticker from Royal Mail (I never reported this because I was incredibly busy at the time and caring for both of my elderly parents - no beef here just explaining how it happened) asking me to contact the postal service to see if they could track the items down. The use of Royal Mail postal service is the only negative for me with ohh deer/paper gang. For more expensive items/ larger stationery orders (Christmastime - presents and cards for friends where i always get everyone stationery) I would shop elsewhere because of damage in transit to previous orders.”

Hearing that you enjoy the service overall is greatly appreciated, but it is disappointing to learn how severely transit issues with Royal Mail have impacted your orders. Receiving damaged notebooks or torn packages with missing items is frustrating, especially when you are buying stationery meant to be enjoyed or given as gifts. It is completely understandable why caring for your parents took priority at the time, but please know that even if an issue occurred in the past, customer support is always happy to look into it and make things right. Feedback regarding carrier performance and packaging protection—particularly for hardback notebooks and larger seasonal orders—is taken very seriously. Notes regarding transit damage are being shared directly with the logistics team to evaluate how packaging can be reinforced to better protect items against rough handling. “The first order (with express delivery) hadn't arrived after 10 days so you shipped a replacement. Both then arrived. I just wish the first one had come quicker because I thought ordering on a Sunday with express delivery would have got to me by Friday.”

“Really lovely designs and card print and paper quality is really good. But lower rating due to delay to despatch that wasn’t made clear enough before ordering, and took longer than promised anyway. Also the cards arrived jammed in protective envelope so two of the three cards ordered had slight damage to edges.”

“The packaging and delivery time were exceptional but the variety of cards in the pack were pretty poor. I think out of 25 there are 4 which I will use. I’m not sure what to do with the rest!”

“The packaging meant that the cards were a bit curved where they were different heights and corners weren't sharp. They weren't quite as bad as crushed but they were a bit wrinkled. Some padding would be better.”

“The cards are nice but just to warn people, it takes about a week and a half for them to arrive so they are not for last minute cards, you need to buy them very in advance. I did miss both the occasions I bought them for unfortunately as I thought they would just take a couple days to arrive.”

“I've given this a 3 star review, order was delivered later than advised and in extremely poor condition, Royal Mail had re-packed and some items where slightly damaged. Unsure if this is an Ohh Deer issue or Royal Mail issue though.”
