“The first order (with express delivery) hadn't arrived after 10 days so you shipped a replacement. Both then arrived. I just wish the first one had come quicker because I thought ordering on a Sunday with express delivery would have got to me by Friday.”

“Really lovely designs and card print and paper quality is really good. But lower rating due to delay to despatch that wasn’t made clear enough before ordering, and took longer than promised anyway. Also the cards arrived jammed in protective envelope so two of the three cards ordered had slight damage to edges.”

“The packaging and delivery time were exceptional but the variety of cards in the pack were pretty poor. I think out of 25 there are 4 which I will use. I’m not sure what to do with the rest!”

“The packaging meant that the cards were a bit curved where they were different heights and corners weren't sharp. They weren't quite as bad as crushed but they were a bit wrinkled. Some padding would be better.”

“The cards are nice but just to warn people, it takes about a week and a half for them to arrive so they are not for last minute cards, you need to buy them very in advance. I did miss both the occasions I bought them for unfortunately as I thought they would just take a couple days to arrive.”

“I've given this a 3 star review, order was delivered later than advised and in extremely poor condition, Royal Mail had re-packed and some items where slightly damaged. Unsure if this is an Ohh Deer issue or Royal Mail issue though.”

“It is regrettable that I have to alert my review based on the recipient's views. The recipient thought the card was difficult to read the happy birthday on it in due to the design. They also felt that the size and quality of this card is not worth the money. Naturally, I was disappointed with this reception. Normally the quality and size of Ohh Deer cards are perfect and worth the money!”
