“Great website - good photos and clear information on packages available. Booking experience excellent with member of staff phoning to arrange alternative as provisional booking was not available. She was very helpful and even reserved us spa slots and booked us in for dinner and afternoon tea.”

“We are delighted to be going to Hintlesham Hall on a special offer. We would have liked to have stayed the Saturday night as well as the Friday but it was full, so we will enjoy the one night. It was easy to book on line and confirmed with the hotel shortly afterwoods.”

“I find your Sales Team excellent - they can’t do enough to help you find a great deal and the right hotel for your needs. They always call back when they say they will and will liaise with hotels to request information and confirm requests. I am a frequent user of Off Peak Luxury Breaks and can honestly say I have always been delighted with the support I have received and most importantly the hotels I have visited. Thank you!”

“I used on line chat and spoke with a lovely lady called Julie who was very helpful and gave me information of a spa break ,she called me to arrange the booking and had also contacted the venue to check availability on my behalf. It was a very pleasant call and I would definitely recommend the company and will us them again in the future”

“We booked a last minute break and found this sight offered a better deal than the hotel direct. We initially couldn't get what we wanted to book, but the reservation team offered an up grade, booked our evening meals at times to suit us, surprisingly they also replied to emails on a sunday evening, when other sites tend to be closed, we will be using them again.”
