“Made a phone booking on 4/8/2016. Excellent service - quick phone pick-up, full details of offer, Victoria at OPL rang the hotel twice for answers to a couple of queries I had about rooms and rang me back promptly. The whole booking experience could not have been better and they've got some great exclusive deals.”
