“We haven't yet been to the hotel we booked but as far as the website is concerned it was easy to find our way around and actually booking the hotel couldn't have been easier with good payment options and immediate confirmation. So far so good !!!”

“The offer for our chosen hotel is excellent. In completing my email address I made an error and within a very short time the company called me to check the correct address with me. In the same call I was invited to book dinner times and to ask any other questions I might have. Exceptional service !”

“I was very pleased with the quick straightforward booking - however I have today received a copy of an email sent by yourselves to the hotel. It requests confirmation that the menu will be varied over our 4 day stay, to avoid repetition. While I commend the thought the email could be read as implying we aren't happy with the menu. In fact we find the menu quite extensive and wouldn't want the hotel to think we have any problems with the menu!”

“It is a long time since I've benefited from such a high level of service. Lucy and Helena ere simply outstanding. Nothing was too much trouble they really went out of their way to tailor something that exactly met my needs and their knowledgeable suggestions were spot on.”

“When attempting to book a night in our chosen hotel, the website told me that I did not have the necessary 'cookies'. I therefore used the telephone number given, and received excellent service via the telephone, concluding the whole procedure (including time booked for dinner, and our cloice and time of afternoon tea) in one go. Very helpful assistance over the telephone.”

“I recently placed a booking with Offpeakluxery. The service was exceptional from start to finish and all the staff were very polite and helpful. Offpeakluxery provide a wide range of hotels, most pleasing to us was offering 'pooch perfect' selection which enables us to take our doggy! Will definitely be using this company again :)”

“Staff were very friendly and helpful, but prices unnecessarily high. You are locked into predetermined deals, you wouldn't sign up for if going direct and would therefore be cheaper. A lovely gift from family but I wouldn't deliberately purchase through again.”
