“May be I didn't read the ad. properly but I thought I would be speaking with the hotel. Found having to work through a third party to check availability and ask for information tedious.”

“I've used Offpeak 3 times now, and have spoken to the lady there, (whose name I must get!), with her pleasant and efficient personal service. Our visits to these wonderful hotels and places are made more frequent by the very good value Offpeakluxury offers us. Very happy, thank you....and looking forward to going to Chateau La Chaire again in September....this time with my best friend fir the first time. I'm confident that she will be impressed 😉”

“This is the first time that I have used Offpeakluxury. The website looks good and is easy to navigate. When I phoned to make a booking, Stacey couldn't have been more helpful; my request was dealt with in a very friendly way, Stacey called me back to confirm the dates I had requested were available, and then again to confirm that the booking had gone through. I will definitely be browsing this website again.”

“Really excellent customer service, needed to make a last minute change to the booking and emailed (out of office hours) to ask how. I received a call from Offpeak advising they had checked with the hotel, the change would be fine there would be a minimal admin charge which would be taken from my card - couldn't be easier. Having recently restored a house it was a refreshing change to receive such great service.”
