“Julie who delt with my enquiry from start to finish kept me updated and phoned me back at regular intervals she contacted the hotel several times to ensure we had exactly what we wanted from our overnight. I feel Julie went the extra mile and now feel I can relax and look forward to celebrating my papas 80th Birthday at the Marine Hotel Troon, thanks to Julie helping us book the hotel for a large group and booking dinner. Will defiantly use your website again. Thank you Julie”

“The customer service and booking agent was very helpful and polite. She also made a telephone call to the hotel, as we had concerns about the stairs as there was no lift. This break is a gift for my mother in laws 80th birthday, and we obviously want it to be a perfect stay. I am however, a little concerned, about the rooms. We have booked executive rooms, and on the internet, look fine. But after reading reviews, I have come to understand that some rooms have been refurbished and some have not. I do hope that for such a special occasion we will not be disappointed.”

I am delighted to hear that you were pleased with the service provided by the booking agent. I have contacted the hotel today to ensure that two refurbished rooms will be allocated to you. These will be in the main part of the hotel, as I understand from the notes on your booking that access by stairs is not appropriate and they do not have a lift. As soon as I receive a reply I will get in touch with you direct. It is always best to contact us prior to your arrival so we can do everything possible to ensure your stay is to your entire satisfaction.

“The hotel was lovely, food was amazing and the staff were very pleasant and helpful. Our room was upgraded as described in the offer and on our final night, our dinner choice (fillet steak) had sold out, by way of an apology the chef cooked a chateaubriand and removed the surcharge for the steaks. Spa facilities were small but fine, only disappointment was the sauna wasn't working.”

“EVERYTHING ABOUT THE BREAK WAS MADE VERY CLEAR AND IT WAS EASY TO SEE WHAT I WAS PAYING FOR. THE HOTEL WEBSITE IS EXCELLENT AS ARE THE SHORT BREAK DEALS. THE BREAK ITSELF WAS EASY TO BOOK AND THE FOLLOW UP FROM OFFPEAKLUXURY WAS VERY QUICK AND EFFICIENT”
