“I didn't actually use Offpeakluxury but something called Countryhouse hotels. it appears that the two websites maybe linked. The website itself was clear. inevitably it was missing one piece of info from the website - namely what size beds were available. I found this out bye speaking to the hotel directly. But when I telephoned the site and spoke to Sofia I found her very helpful and she completed the booking for me with the right size bed.”

“First time I have booked online I found the process quick and easy I did have a query and needed to contact to speak to someone when I did I found Victoria to be friendly helpful and knowledgeable and my questions were answered. Fantastic service. Would prefer not to pay online if possible though. Definitely recommend”

“The website is so easy to navigate. We chose Dalhousie for luxury romantic stay for our 20th anniversary. We had our honeymoon there and everything was fantastic from the hotel itself, the rooms, the food, the service and the staff. This time will be our 3rd visit and super excited to be coming back 😃”

“Booked dbb through offpeakluxury with a bottle of prosecco and 20% off wine staying at Athol Palace,Pitlochry. we had an amazing stay and our superior room was gorgeous and extremely spacious. Everthing was amazing and easy going...would recommended”

“I like the idea - recieved a voucher as a gift and had access to a lot of hotels which is nice. This may just be me, but i was a little cheesed off that the inclusive dinner allowance at the inhouse restaurant wasn't made clear at all that this was just food. To be dinner is dinner. Food and drink, but only food. Only found this out at checkout and the larger than expected bill came. When queried, was fobbed off both by the hotel and Offpeakluxury.”
