“Online chat was excellent, very nice lady got back to me with my answers very quickly, email response was slower and needed a chase up, there was some confusion after using the link to book, but this was quickly resolved. Overall it was a good experience, I would definitely use the company again.”

“Both Sofia & Mary were lovely to speak to and incredibly helpful. We were struggling to find a hotel with available for our dates and room/location requirements and Sofia was able to come up trumps, an absolute star! Mary went through the hotel details to double check it was perfect for us and we are very happy that we will have a great weekend!”

“Really easy to use the site and got what appears to be a great deal not available with the hotel directly. The gift certificate is a lovely touch which makes it very easy to send details to the recipient.”

“I had some queries regarding short break getaways so decided it best to speak to a customer service advisor rather than booking on line. The two advisors were extremely pleasant and helpful and returned my call promptly as promised”
