“Hi, The website was easy enough but I made a mistake putting in my credit card details and was unsure if the booking had gone ahead. I phoned and spoke to a very helpful lady if I remember correctly, her name was Mary. She got everything sorted with hotel and card details. Thank you very much. Murdina Robertson”

“Having made a booking online and paid, a family member was rushed into hospital on the night before we were due to travel. When phoning Off Peak to explain, your staff were courteous and helpful and contacted the hotel. They were able to agree on another option with the hotel. When I was not able to answer my mobile, as at the hospital, they put everything down in an email for me. Thank you.”

“Excellent and untroubled booking facility. Very simple to use and an almost immediate confirmation of the booking with my chosen hotel. Ten out of ten. The service provided is as good, if not better, than that provided when I made my first booking a number of years ago.”
