“Used OPL before so had no concerns using them again. An email enquiry late Sunday morning was answered promptly and the short break booked immediately. They'd even kept a note on file that my wife had a dodgy knee and didn't like too many stairs. Well done booking team, especially Julie in this instance.”

“Would like to return if the following were corrected: Lift not working(out of order 2 years guests need to know this put off for less abled people.Cigarette buts in unit in porch not cleaned out.Bedroom(attic room) needs brighter lights to read by,bath no none slip mat for showering could be unsafe. Restaurant rather slow items on breakfast table missing,untrained staff?. Generally lack of attention to detail in many areas. Liked Hotel and setting. And would return if these things were corrected”

“We have just returned from our weekend break at the Mount Somerset Hotel, near Taunton. We had a grand time in a great country hotel in the middle of the country side where the only sound outside the window was noisy birds. The bedroom suite was very comfortable, the hotel facilities were superb and the restaurant was excellent. We cannot praise enough the attention of the staff. All in all a very enjoyable 5* stay at the Mount Somerset Hotel & spar.”

“Booking was simple, I requested a change to what was provided and they in turn spoke with the hotel. We didn't get what was agreed but this wasn't Offpeakluxury's fault.”
