“I used Offpeakluxury as some friends had given us a gift voucher. Everyone that I spoke to on the phone was lovely. They were all friendly and knowledgeable about all the hotels. They called me back when they said they would, they made me feel like I was a priority to them.”

“I talked to a lovely lady called Helena who made me feel at easy as I had to change hotel from the one chosen by my sons as a gift. Now looking forward to our new selected hotel in Edinburgh which we have booked for our anniversary.”

“answer calls promptly, pleasant voice/tone, listened to what the customer wants, explains the t&c's, & before taking payment runs through what you are getting for your money. I dealt with them approx. 2pm on Christmas eve & the service was excellent. I have now dealt with them 3 times & would highly recommend. 10/10”
