“Have used Offpeakluxury a couple of times to book luxury hotel breaks. I usually book by telephone as you can discuss choice of hotel’s rooms and any other details with them. Extremely helpful staff and answered all my questions and booked exactly what I wanted. The deals offered are proper deals. Many holiday booking sites offers are no cheaper than if you book with hotels direct. My husband and I are looking forward to a 3 night break in Marlow in July.”

“I do like this company for their honesty and professionalism. I cancelled a booking online and rebooked for a different date later in the year. Assumed the price was the same which was fair enough. A lady rang me to say that I was overpaying as the booking was cheaper for this time of year. I duly received a voucher for £120 on email. Nicely done! I have used this against another weekend stay since and will make them my first port of call from now on. We do book 6 or 7 getaways each year in the UK so a good move on their part. Keep it up there is definitely room for some honesty in today’s world.”

“all appeared to work ok some choices were meant to be make when booking but don't know how . maybe have to ring hotel after confirmation but before actually going”

“Whilst an excellent deal was prepared in the end the whole process took more than 2 weeks with several chaser calls and emails. Then there was a booking fee applied per room which was never made clear in all my calls but is in the small print.”

Dear Adrian, We're sorry that you found booking your stay took longer than anticipated - as our team advised, with hotels being closed and operating with very few staff, it is taking a lot longer to receive replies to enquiries with specific requirements. Our team spent a considerable amount of time finding suitable hotels and contacting them on your behalf. As your dates were also flexible we had to contact hotels with availability for the dates which were suitable for you, which often meant longer waits while the hotels checked that they could meet your requirements for the new dates you requested. With regards the booking service fee, we include the fees within our prices as we prefer not to mislead with headline rates that can't be booked. Remember, whatever the service fee that you are charged we offer a price match plus guarantee which means that even including the charge, we guarantee best value and best service. “Easy to use web site , would have preferred the option of booking the hotels resturant at the time of booking and paying the full price rather than having an allowance for food per night , it remains to be seen if your tariff was the best one”
