“Girls very helpful on phone- Knew what they were talking about.Only problem was that the phone number is a generic number and if you wanted to speak to the same person you spoke to 10 minutes ago it was pot luck, as any one of of a dozen (or so) agents could pick up the phone.Agents Were reluctant to give out individual numbers. No major problem though as the service is good. regards”

“What a fantastic service. Very professional, efficient and most of all friendly. I was attended to by a lovely lady named Caroline. Her professionalism and helpfulness ensured that I found the best country hotel retreat. She is the reason for the 5 Star rating. I've already been recommending this website and name dropping Caroline to the everyone I know, plus I'm planning to book via Offpeak's again this week. Thank you so much.”

“Pleased with the easy and reassuring booking, although very disappointed with the hotel description, when choosing the hotel because of my husband needing water therapy for his disability, was told by hotel I could only book spa/pool 48 hours before arrival then depending on availability, to late to change booking with you if spa is fully booked”
