“Very disappointed with off peak luxury Due to lack of up to date information on its web site Therefore leading to a very disappointed vacation. Restaurant fine dining was not available & had not been available For around a year !”

Dear Customer, I'm sorry that you feel you were misled by the information on our website. We can however only update our website should the hotel inform us of any changes and amendments, and unfortunately we were not informed of any changes prior to your stay. During these times, many hotels are working with reduced menus. We have contacted the hotel and we are waiting for the hotel to update us with up to date menus and restaurant changes, as soon as we receive these we will update our website accordingly with the new information and menus. “I'd been given a voucher for a luxury break which I was having trouble activating online, so I phoned for help. I spoke to a charming and helpful agent called Julie who quickly dealt with my booking. There was a small query with the hotel which Julie needed to check but she phoned me back barely five minutes later to finalise things. Confimations by email arrived within just a few minutes. Really straightforward, and thanks Julie for your help! 😃😃”

“Easy to use web site and some Great offers I saved over £100 on a short break not had the break yet so will report back later in the year but so far so good didn’t speak to any one just used the on line booking service”

“Excellent service in particular I think her name was Julie who whilst our first choice of hotel had been fully booked Julie went the extra mile and sent me an email with some further choices from which we were able to make a booking, thank you very much Julie. Again excellent service.”
