“Excellent service. Because my request was quite complex, I spoke with a number of members of staff who were all, without exception, friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable. Nothing seemed to be too much trouble and I am sure my requests would try the patience of a saint.”

“I like the website as it is easy to chose a particular area of the country to view the hotels, not having to trawl through places you doent want to go. The customers services people on the phone are excellent- the phone is answered very quickly, and I was given all the help I needed to ensure that a fully accessible room for my disabled husband were arranged. The confirmation email is only sent to you when the hotel have confirmed all the specific requirements, and Mary ( the wonderful customer service lady) told me they keep all email reconrds and phone conversation's of your booking so that there is a trail of what's been requested and confirmed should there ever be an issue when you arrive at the hotel. I have already booked 2 stays away this year and am already looking for more! Having disabilities makes it very hard to find somewhere suitable to stay, but the way the website details of each property are displayed makes it easy for me to check this is possible before I go any further and rule a hotel in/ out. Well done- I have been looking for a site like this for a long time!”
