“So far excellent service, booked over the phone on a Sunday!Everything and all my questions answered quickly and efficiently. I haven't stayed at the hotel as yet , will review later. Bonus, i saved £35 on the booking 🙌”

“After your call was blocked as Spam I retrieved my voice mail and spoke to a lovely girl, Ann-Marie, who couldn't have been more helpful. As the original hotel was unavailable she gave me several options and talked me through each one. I am very pleased with the outcome. Well done Off Peak Luxury!”
