“Pleased with the easy and reassuring booking, although very disappointed with the hotel description, when choosing the hotel because of my husband needing water therapy for his disability, was told by hotel I could only book spa/pool 48 hours before arrival then depending on availability, to late to change booking with you if spa is fully booked”

“THIS SITE OFFERS FIRST-RATE HOTELS AT MUCH REDUCED PRICES THAN ELSEWHERE. THEY ALSO SOMETIMES ADD ON 'PERKS' TO FURTHER ENHANCE YOUR STAY EG EARLY CHECK-IN, A WELCOME DRINK AND A VOUCHER TO BE USED AGAINST DRINKS TO ACCOMPANY YOUR MEAL.”

“I had to change our booking because of a family bereavement I could have had my money back but chose to have credit rebooked yesterday no problems Katherine who sorted it was very polite and professional Offpeakluxury are a very highly recommended company.”
