“Decided to ring one of your agents as I needed information on a disability requirement. Got through very quickly. Spoke to a very pleasant agent I think her name was Tony who handle my inquiry very efficiently. Called me back with requests granted by the hotel.”

“The offers are really good value, the website is easy to use, but we are really disappointed as the inclusive menu for our hotel, showing on the OPL website is very different to the inclusive menu showing on the actual hotel website. We didn't check before we booked. The menu showing on off peak luxury is far superior to the actual menu on the hotel website. We will use OPL again but we'll definitely check the hotel website details and not just trust OPL.”

“OPL have been looking after my UK requirements for many years, amounting probably to about 15 walking holidays, solo or accompanied by wife, friend but always my dog. I intend that this should continue.”

“Love this company. I have had 2 lovely breaks and have just booked a 3rd! Staff always extremely friendly and keen to help. However problems with the website. It will not recognise my email address but will not let me register as a new customer- so I am unable to view my account/bookings through the website”

“Your customer service rep, Caroline , was extremely helpful and went out of her way to help with my booking. Everything was sorted within 15.minutes including a call back after she had confirmed with the hotel that the dates were available. I would highly recommend.”
