“I'd been given a voucher for a luxury break which I was having trouble activating online, so I phoned for help. I spoke to a charming and helpful agent called Julie who quickly dealt with my booking. There was a small query with the hotel which Julie needed to check but she phoned me back barely five minutes later to finalise things. Confimations by email arrived within just a few minutes. Really straightforward, and thanks Julie for your help! 😃😃”

“Easy to use web site and some Great offers I saved over £100 on a short break not had the break yet so will report back later in the year but so far so good didn’t speak to any one just used the on line booking service”

“Excellent service in particular I think her name was Julie who whilst our first choice of hotel had been fully booked Julie went the extra mile and sent me an email with some further choices from which we were able to make a booking, thank you very much Julie. Again excellent service.”

“Girls very helpful on phone- Knew what they were talking about.Only problem was that the phone number is a generic number and if you wanted to speak to the same person you spoke to 10 minutes ago it was pot luck, as any one of of a dozen (or so) agents could pick up the phone.Agents Were reluctant to give out individual numbers.No major problem though as the service is good. regards”

“What a fantastic service. Very professional, efficient and most of all friendly. I was attended to by a lovely lady named Caroline. Her professionalism and helpfulness ensured that I found the best country hotel retreat. She is the reason for the 5 Star rating. I've already been recommending this website and name dropping Caroline to the everyone I know, plus I'm planning to book via Offpeak's again this week. Thank you so much.”
