“At last you have stopped charging a debit card fee when this is done on line, but suddenly there is a booking fee of £36 for four people, which to my mind is a new charge, so not sure how we are any better off!!!”

“Every time I visit Offpeakluxury for a good deal, I am not disappointed. There is always something extra above and beyond what other sites are offering, either afternoon tea, evening dinner or a room upgrade. This is a great site with genuinely good deals.”

“The website booking was easy to use although I had a query regarding the facilities at the Hotel and called Offpeakluxury. Within 10 minutes my query was resolved and I also had a convivial conversation. The confirmation email within 24 hours, along with very full details of the Hotel was excellent. Also the package was cheaper and included more than other web based hotel sites. Thank you.”

“Charming, cheerful and extremely helpful people on the telephone who went to extra trouble to check out our various queries and requests and arranged for our reservation to be held while we were able to get confirmation of our animals accommodation! Only hope our hotel stay is as successful!!”
