“Rang and spoke to Sophia as dates not available on website. She was very helpful and suggested another hotel when the original one we chose was unavailable. She then arranged the booking with them for us. Very good service.”

“Easy and quick to use - but I was only vaguely aware I wasn't booking direct with the hotel. Fee was reasonable but I thought the cancellation/refund policy a bit draconian.”

Thank you for your feedback, it is always great to hear that the website is easy to navigate in order to make a reservation. I am sorry that you did not find it clear that we are not the hotel; we do include our company name on all pages of our website, but I do apologise if it was unclear. Our cancellation policy is more flexible than the majority of third party booking agents, allowing both cancellation, for a small fee, or postponement free of charge outside 7 days of arrival, as well as a price match guarantee on our offers. We do always welcome any suggestions.

“I phoned to offpeakluxury.com for the first time ever. Spoke to Helena in reservations and booked a two day trip for my wife and myself, its her birthday on 29 March at the hotel named Highbullen and the way Helena looked after our details etc, she was very good at her job and sounded a very nice person by way of our conversations.”
