“The experience with them was 5 star from start to finish. The booking involved a dog so it wasn't instant confirmation as they needed to speak to the hotel to check for dog friendly rooms. I spoke to Paula and unfortunately the hotel in question didn't have the availability. We worked together and managed to find somewhere that we could book same day. Had a lovely stay at the hotel, but the real star of the show was Paula who was helpful throughout.”

“Lovely hotel with beautiful grounds. Staff are fantastic and friendly. Food was delicious. We got a room upgrade and the bed was so comfy. The pool and spa area could do with updating but it did the job. We will be back to this hotel.”
