“Although it ended up costing more than I had anticipated from the initial information available, I have been pleased with the service. It was slightly complicated by my needing a single room for my son in addition to our double. Claire was very helpful over the phone and checked everything with the hotel before emailing me.”

“I rang up to book a break, everything went smoothly, but I didn't receive an email confirmation. Spoke to a nice lady the next day about this, and she said the person I'd made the booking with had forgotten to send the confirmation email. That was the only 'fly in the ointment' of my otherwise straight forward booking experience.”

“Hopefully have booked a wonderful break for late May. Unfortunately I had to phone Off Peak Luxury to complete my booking as the website did not make it clear if my booking incuded an evening meal. Paula was excellent and a great help in completing my booking.”

“It navigated their website with ease & found some really good deals with further discounts. The choice of hotels is great & like it says it’s off peak. Their prices beat booking direct or with any of the hotel booking sites. Can’t recommend this site enough”
