“We received 8 x £25 vouchers from our son towards a luxury stay in the Cotswolds. We had such fun choosing a hotel and having chosen, our call to Off Peak Luxury was a joy. Hayley took our call and from then on everything was so easy, so friendly and nothing was to much trouble. Within minutes of ending the call we received our confirmation by email and now we just have to wait until May for our luxury champagne break.”

“Mary was fantastic at sorting out our visit following up with an email to clarify what was included and cost. Once I had spoken to my friend, we were able to confirm our booking. A table was booked for dinner and twin beds were requested. Great service, thank you”

“Very clear information and very efficient payment and follow-up service. Excellent value for the package compared to other sites or booking directly with the hotel. Love the extra little touches included like the drink on arrival, discount on wine and meal on the first evening.”

“Very good experience from beginning to end. I spoke to Caroline on the phone who couldn’t have been more helpful, and she even called me back a few hours after my online booking just to confirm that my special requests had been logged with hotel and also to confirm our afternoon tea and dinner bookings. Highly recommended 5*”

“I was very surprised to receive a phone call to confirm the booking was successful. Having used similar sites to book at this hotel, the confirmation is usually all done digitally. This made it a far more personal service. Well done.”
