“Booked my room/package via website, which unfortunately wouldn't let me book any treatments for some reason. I decided to phone the hotel themselves and see what they had available as it was very last minute. The person on the phone was incredibly helpful and listed what was available according to my preference and also suggested some treatments that would give a similar kind of satisfaction (e.g: something that would give the same result as a back massage that wasn't necessarily a back massage). Website could use some work but customer service was above and beyond!”

“This is a really useful website with a wide range of very good hotels. We have stayed in a few and return to old favourites such as The Arden in Stratford. Easy to book and you get a swift confirmation.”
