“I had a difficulties processing the payment. My bank advised it was not a problem for them and to call the booking site. The customer service was excellent. Payment was taken over the phone and I was reassured that the initial internet payment had not been processed. Your advisor was courteous, friendly and efficient. Thank you”

“What lovely staff so helpful, after I had tried to book on the website. On the side booking search asked for no of people and when I put 1 still only would give the cost for 2 sharing!!! Maybe don’t have the option to put 1 as very misleading then looking at prices. However after speaking to Anne Marie she had no hesitation in doing her best for me so would book again with them on telephone. Was cheaper than booking directly with hotel. The only reason not 5 *review was the single occupancy confusion on website.”

“I had a couple of queries about my reservation, one being a error on my part booked wrong Hotel which was corrected within minutes via a phone call to Offpeek staff who were very professional so made me feel relaxed, another question answered for me was to have a presentation confirmation posted to my friend as this booking is a special Birthday gift to her, Sophia arranged to post this immediately and she was a pleasure to speak with. Thank you Sophia, best wishes to you.”

“I have used offpeakluxury on a member of occasions and have always received first class customer service. “The process of booking on line has been easy every time I have booked with OPL. When I have had a query they have always answered my emails quickly and professionally. When I had to cancel due to a party member having covid it was dealt with quickly and we were able to have the option of a voucher to rebook which again was dealt with quickly and painlessly.”
