“Had never used the company before so booked over the phone after reviewing the desired property on their website. The lady I spoke to was very pleasant & explained in full the details of the booking. A confirmation of booking email was received in a timely manner.”

“The website was informative. I was wanting a late booking and when I checked a couple of choices they were showing availability for the following day. An hour later all the hotels on the website were showing no availability. When I phoned the preferred hotel they had availability. So I phoned your office and your member of staff was very helpful. She contacted the hotel and within half an hour was able to offer your package as advertised. Is there a cut off booking time on your website?”

“I phoned them in advance of booking, to ask a couple of questions as I had not used Offpeakluxury before. I found the person I spoke to, very helpful - I then went ahead & used their website to book.”

“Upon contacting the hotel directly after making the booking. I discovered that the spa was an extra charge booked separately with the hotel directly. This could be made clearer. That being said I like booking with off peak luxury”

“Telephone service was excellent and helped resolve my issues using vouchers for single occupancy. Website cannot cope with looking for a room for one as ignores this filter and always quotes for two people which was very frustrating. Eventually had to get quotes from hotels and costs varied with decidedly ungenerous rates for single occupancy.”

“My wife and I have always found the staff of offpeak luxury.com to be reliable and helpful and most of the hotels recommended to us in the past have met with our expectations. In the very small number of cases where these expectations weren't met we have always indicated in our hotel reviews the reasons why - trusting that you would then take appropriate action with the hotels involved.”
