“As usual, I had left thing to the last minute, as was rather worried I wouldn't find anything, however, a one line email to OffPeakLuxury requesting some help, brought forth a whole list of possibilities from Victoria and Kirsty, they were both so incredibly helpful and found me something wonderful. This was followed up by Elaine sorting out last minute stuff on Saturday. Well done all. Fantastic stuff.”

“After making a rather complicated booking in preparation for a family wedding. The staff at off peak rang my self just to confirm that what I booked was correct and to inform me that this would not be confimed until they had spoke to the hotel the following morning. Later a second call that evening just to let me know the hotel had confirmed the booking. JUst simple courtesy but very good customer service. Thank you and well done.”
