The process of changing my booking details ie to a different hotel was pretty good. The customer assistant was very good and the process ok except when my chosen credit card was not accepted because they're system stated the card isn't registered to my address - which it is ...I changed to a second card and the booking was confirmed. However the assistant could not give me a refund for card 1 for 24 hrs to be done by a manager. I find it very odd that their system could take money from my first choice card immediately , but it was not accepted !!?? I haven't received notice of refund yet .

Good website but got stuck at the final payment section. Left a message on the firms telephone number. They called me back the following morning, payment taken over the phone and all sorted. Very good service recovery and lovely lady.

Normally suberb and as a regular returning customer, slightly disappointed this time. I could neither log in, nor change my password, BUT Julie was absolutely super in sorting it all out!

The information on the website did not make clear that the deal only included dinner on first night and not all 3 nights as it asked what time you wanted to book dinner on each of the 3 nights!

The website is clear on what is on offer but not easy to order a voucher as a gift and the confirmation is disappointing as a gift

Easy to book great value however I was on live chat asking how much to upgrade the room they did try and ring the hotel but no answer so said they would get back to me asap. The booking was for 7 days later and they took 3 days to find out the price this was a disappointment but up to that everything good

Website easy to use - hotel Midland Morcombe in question definitely at the luxury end. Easy to use THOUGH could have got a cheaper deal perhaps eg. Booking .com - but this included evening meal!

I would have given 5 but I had a problem trying to book on-line, so I spoke to your customer service who was extreme helpful and super efficient

Bit disappointed to find after completing our booking that we had to print off a voucher. Not everyone has access to a printer. Otherwise good service.
