“My first experience of OPL but it was a good one. Website was clear, booking easy and confirmation came through quickly giving peace of mind.”

“The service received after the initial booking was very good, very friendly and helpful staff. It is a little frustrating that the availability on the website is not real-time and our initial choice was not available. We could not work out how to pay via All4one card.”

“The booking process was fine. We chose the deal as there was a pool and spa. Having booked and paid we were then advised that they were undergoing upgrading so not available after all.”

“I did not use the website so cannot rate it but rather I called to make a booking. The operator was truly excellent but I found it frustrating that I was not talking to the hotel so could only request room features eg ground floor and not have these confirmed”

“I decided to phone and discuss a possible booking rather than navigate the website. The service from the lady I spoke to was excellent. Really helpful, informative and very customer focused. I hope the stay and hotel are half as good as the lady I spoke to!”

“Despite having received a Offpeakluxury voucher 18 months ok we have been unable to make use of it until recently. However OPL were very helpful in arranging a booking to an alternative hotel but still with high rating and good reviews. So very grateful .”
