“Probably just me, but I didn’t find the website easy to make my booking, so rang instead. Extremely helpful member of staff (Paula) guided me through all my options, making my booking experience very enjoyable. Hope to make using you a very regular occurrence!”

“The process to find the right break could be slightly simpler and it was not until the next page that the option for twin room as opposed to classic double room appeared, hence I knocked a star off. So far the price for the services offered (room, dinner, glass of prosecco) seems to be a good deal”

“I’m giving 4 because the menu is only changed every 2 weeks. There was two vegetarian choices on there and one was also a starter. We were there for 3 nights, my aunt was with us and she is a plain eater so the evening menu didn’t really work for us. To be fair the chef did make a veggie curry for us the one eve. The food was delicious but when you are spending this type of money you would expect a different menu each eve. The hotel itself is lovely, as are the staff especially Beth on reception”
