“The process was a bit confusing as I was getting information and quotes from both the hotel and offpeak luxury one after the other. So rang off peak to clarify the situation. Everything very smooth after that and the booking was carried out.”

“Despite some problems with the company contacting me to confirm the booking it all went well. I requested two rooms, a double and a twin insisting that the twin has a walk in shower as this is essential. I received the confirmation but the walk in shower is not stipulated. I really hope this is a guarantee as one of the guests is disabled.”

“Very pleasant customer service team. A shame you cannot negotiate single person occupancy. What should be £271 is costing £435 because of no single occupancy. Sometimes you have to travel alone!”

“This was the third time we have used Offpeak. Confirmation came through stating dinner at 7.45pm when I had requested 7.00pm. I rang twice and spoke to two different members of staff, requesting they try to change 7.45 to an earlier time. The second person with whom I spoke said she would ring the hotel. I heard nothing more and have no idea if anyone rang the hotel. The following day I rang Billesley Manor Hotel, I changed our dinner bookings to 6.15 and 6.30pm!! I duly received confirmation from OPL to say that the hotel had changed the times for dinner. A little disappointing from our perspective!!”

“Booking on line seemed great only to get a call later to say my chosen hotel were unable to confirm the booking at that time. The OPL staff was very good in telling me she couldn't reach the hotel but would confirm or otherwise asap. It was an overnight stay between two others so we didn't want to be left without a bed. I got the confirmation call from your staff and hour or so later, which was fine.”

“The first time that I have used offpeakluxury to book a hotel, which had appeared as a special off in the Telegraph newspaper. I was slightly surprised that my creditcard appeared to me to have taken the cost of our stay, but after an email, the response, which was received promptly, stated that it was only a pre-authorisation. I received confirmation from the hotel a day later.”

“The booking process was straightforward. I would have liked a final summary of what was included in the final section before we paid as I wasn't sure about dinner being included. I was glad to find that it is! We're looking forward to our stay.”
