“The website is fairly easy to navigate. However, because we need a walk-in shower we always phone through.”

“Reasonably easy but, as I have an assistance dog, but had to book for a dog, and there is no telephone number, I was a little upset.”

“Please note that your invitation to review your booking service assumed I had used your website. In fact it was done entirely by 'phone. However, I recieved first class service conducted in a very pleasant way.”

“Lovely hotel with beautiful grounds. Staff are fantastic and friendly. Food was delicious. We got a room upgrade and the bed was so comfy. The pool and spa area could do with updating but it did the job. We will be back to this hotel.”
